At the beginning of the 1930s, the number of beds was already 70, and then another 40 were put into operation. Before the start of the Second World War, 11 hospitals (Minsk) contained 155 beds. The following departments were working: surgical, therapeutic, tuberculosis, obstetrics and gynecology. The war brought significant damage to the hospital. After the city was liberated, it was quickly restored, and after a month there were 100 beds.

In 1953, on the basis of the Minsk institutionan advisory, methodical and therapeutic center was opened, in which workers of the railway received medical assistance. The road hospital, consisting of 250 beds, started functioning. After 14 years, the clinic could receive 275 people. In 1970, a new hospital opened, which was located elsewhere in the city, but was under the same leadership as its predecessor. Their total number of beds was 750. The railway workers and their families were provided with medical care in the polyclinic, which was located in the first building of the hospital. It was located at the Minsk-Tovarnaya station. Soon a new polyclinic, capable of taking 840 people a day, began to work on Voroniansky Street. In August 2010, the head of the hospital was Kazachenok Zhanna Viktorovna.
