The generic certificate improves the quality of medical care

She will be given the same certificate, only there will be a note indicating the reason for the absence of registration. The generic certificate consists of:

• coupon number 1, which is needed to pay for services provided to a pregnant woman in the first stage of pregnancy in medical institutions;
• ticket number 2, which is intended to pay for services provided to women in maternity hospitals or perinatal centers;
• coupon number 3, which was introduced in 2007 and allows you to pay for the child's follow-up before reaching the age of one year.

After the first coupon is providedthe consultation will receive money, of which the third part will go to purchase medicines needed to provide services, about 40% to pay for the work of medical workers, and the rest for the development of this institution.

The coupon number 2 is given in the maternity home, whereby it also receives cash, half of which goes to pay, and the remaining half to upgrade equipment and purchase of medicines.

A generic certificate can be applied forreceiving medical services, which are provided by the state program. Additional services, such as a TV or a single room, are paid by patients separately.

Received coupons, or rather their roots, to doctorsmothers give themselves. If they believe that the quality of the services provided was low or some services were not provided, women are entitled to complain to the appropriate authorities.
