This is one of the small remote departmentsLocal History Museum of Perm. It stores exhibits that are associated with an armed uprising in Motovilikha in the early 20th century. In the 30-ies of the last century in the building of the museum was laid the military shell and ashes of Stepan Afanasievich Zvonarev. This is a great participant in the military operations in Motovilikha during the revolution. One of the most important sights of the museum is a skilful cloth more than 20 meters wide. It is executed by national well-known artists.

Near the base of the memorial building are 16 burial places of Russian soldiers who died during the October Revolution.
