The double set is slightly larger, its sheets are 220 to 260 and the duvet cover is 200 to 220 cm. When calculating the fabric, it is worth considering allowances for seams anddensity of the material. The denser the fabric, the greater the distance the linen seam takes. As for the fabric, it can be cotton, satin, coarse calico, linen, silk or cotton. It is advisable to take a cloth with a width of 220 cm to cut the laundry across the cut. On the seams of the duvet cover and pillowcases, where the edge of the fabric falls, the laundry seam can not be used, it is enough to lay the usual line with an average step. On the sheets are processed only slices, they need to be twisted and adjusted.

The linen seam, also called a seam stitch,which is used in the processing of bed linen, is done so. The details are folded inwards, the cut of the bottom fabric should protrude slightly from the top, a line is laid at a distance of 3 mm from the edge of the top cut. After grinding, the parts are laid out and straightened along the seam. Further, the protruding edge is folded twice in the direction of the smaller cut and poured. Thus, there is a seam, hiding all the slices, but due to two laid lines it becomes stronger.
