- pineapples (circles) - 1 can;
- red onion - 1 head;
- vinegar - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- Pork medallions - 4 pieces;
- olive oil - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- apple juice - about ½ cup;
- sugar, spices, lettuce and greens.
So, how to cook meat with pineapple?
Pine the pineapples from the jar into the saucepan withsyrup, add apple juice and sugar to taste. Place the saucepan on a stove and cook the contents for up to 10 minutes over a low heat.
